My style and technique are driven first and foremost in developing individuals, outside resources, and organizations to progressive success. I look first at the big picture and then focus on the factored components of each operational need in developing comprehensive solutions. I start by clarifying the vision and setting strategic objectives, building financial and operating models and metrics, establishing the physical and information infrastructure needed, then source - develop - and managing the resources necessary to foster innovation, achievement, and agile while sustainable results.

 

As an operational leader throughout my career, I realize there is no one way to do things, and every organization has unique challenges and opportunities. I seek to understand the specific needs and objectives and then lead innovation and progressive solutions with experience-based confidence and insight to associated risks.

From start-ups to scaling with growth or reorganization and turnaround leadership, I bring the experience and expertise needed to solve problems, build sustainable solutions, and drive performance with everyone from the backroom to the boardroom, from outsourced providers to customer service.
